CoinHelp757A Transition Metals Service

Our Services

Coin Help 757 provides expert review, advice, valuation and/or redemption services for estates, attorneys, accountants and owners of inherited numismatic collections. We assist collectors who want to liquidate their lifelong collection of coins, tokens, currency and related collectibles.

Collection Review

We start by providing a free review of the collection at our offices in North Suffolk or at your local attorney or accountant's office. By the end of the review, you will have a better idea of what you have. We will suggest next steps for moving forward with a more in-depth valuation and/or liquidation process if needed.

Includes U.S. coins, foreign coins, tokens, medals, and error coins.

Coin Valuation & Appraisal

Our team can provide a verbal estimated valuation, documented market valuation or a detailed written appraisal for the collection. Should you choose to proceed with documented market valuation or a formal appraisal, an hourly rate will be quoted at the time of review and a deposit collected for the services requested. In select cases, we may require industry standard grading and encapsulation of select coins and currency prior to establishing the appraised value.

Written appraisals available for insurance and estate purposes.

Collection Liquidation

Depending on the valuation of your collection we'll recommend methods to liquidate. If it is in your best interest to sell items at a national auction, we can facilitate the process. If you decide you want to liquidate quickly, we can accommodate this also. Our service fee for handling liquidation will be quoted after we review the collection.

In many cases we can liquidate quickly.

Estate Services

Should you require the collection to be divided between multiple parties, we will use our best efforts to reasonably accommodate this for you. Fees for this service are based on the complexity and volume of the collection. Typically this service fee is nominal.

Coordination with estate attorneys and executors available.
